cranberry vanilla mimosa for a winter brunch

Raise your hand if you love cocktails that are as delicious as they are easy to make. This winter cocktail has a five-star rating from both our taste buds and the simplicity department. All you need are three ingredients, plus garnishes if you so desire. And, who doesn't like a good garnish? This vanilla vodka drink is topped with champagne, so we're calling it a mimosa and having the girls over for brunch.

Vanilla Cranberry Mimosa

Ingredients
2 ounces of vanilla flavored vodka
2  ounces of cranberry juice
Champagne
Fresh cranberries for garnish
Whole vanilla beans for garnish

Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then combine the vanilla vodka and cranberry juice. Shake vigorously to chill. Strain into a wine glass or champagne flute then top it off with champagne. The cranberry garnish really shouldn't be optional—go for it! Then, if you're feeling particularly fancy, add a whole vanilla bean for garnish as well. Stir and serve with a personalized stir stick and your brunch is sure to be the talk of the town.
