Rum Roses and Cream

Creative cocktail time! This milky white rum cocktail is deliciously sweet with a slight citrus undertone. The rose syrup is definitely what brings this cocktail from happy hour to party time. Simple, and even elegant looking, this cocktail would be a great option for your wedding signature drinks. Pair with a personalized cocktail napkin and let the shindig begin!

Rum Roses and Cream

2 ounces rum
1 ounce cream
1/2 ounce orange vanilla liqueur
1/2 ounce rose syrup
1/4 ounce almond syrup
macaron for garnish

Combine your ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well to mix and chill. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a macaron. Tip for getting the macaron on your glass without totally mushing it: use a cerated knife to carefully cut a small slit into the macaron to easily secure it on the rim of your glass.
