Time to toast! Are you hosting a garden bridal shower, outdoor engagement party or just any summer celebration? Treat your guests with this gin-based cocktail for a refreshing combination of citrus and berry. Throw in a personalized Cocktail Napkin with a gorgeous foil stamp that always makes for the perfect photo op!

Note that this particular recipe includes a special, fruit-infused ice cube. This means you will need to allow yourself a little pre-prep time. The ice cube will melt as you enjoy your cocktail and continue releasing flavor into the drink. While this is recommended, you can always skip on the fancy ice if you’re in a pinch! Simply use plain ice and add an extra sliced strawberry to compensate. It will still be delicious, promise.

Strawberry Limeade Gin & Tonic

Ingredients by the glass
2 oz Gin
1/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz strawberry simple syrup
4-5 oz tonic water
2 strawberries, sliced
1-2 lime wedges
Blueberries (or juniper berries if you want to simply bring out the herbal flavors of the gin and not an additional berry taste)
Water
Ice cube mold

To make your strawberry ice cube…

Fill your ice tray or ice cube mold—there are lots of fun shapes out there, y’all—with water. Leave a little room for your fruit. Add strawberry slices and freeze.

Mix up your drink…
Place your strawberry ice cube in a glass. Pour over the gin, strawberry simple syrup and lime juice. Then, toss in your sliced strawberries, lime wedges and blueberries (juniper berries). Give it a quick stir. Finally, top with tonic.
