We love our weekends! Even more, we love weekend brunch. Best of all, we love the classic bridal Mimosa brunch.

Let’s visualize: an airy weekend mid-morning, your favorite people, delicious finger food, cocktails, beautiful flowers, lots of light and laughter. Yes, wear those wedges. Yes, the DIY floral photobooth is perfect. Your goal as host for making the day a special memory for the bride-to-be is a bubbling success.

Brunch events are definitely on trend these days, so enough of the visualizing (while oh, so lovely), and here are a few tips for making your brunch as flawless as that diamond:

  – Traditionally, brunch is served between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  – Finger foods range in type, but think easy to eat cucumber sandwiches, quiche bites, fresh fruit, etc.
  – Prepare ahead of time—plan out those perfect appetizers, freeze as much as you can in advance and try to leave only the fruit cutting for the morning of

1 oz orange or grapefruit juice
Splash of grenadine
