lemonade prosecco punch for bridal showers, brunch and spring and summer party drinks

Gearing up for a Labor Day weekend by the pool? Spend this “goodbye summer” holiday sipping a crisp and refreshing punch. Super simple and super delicious, you’ll love this sweet Lemonade Prosecco Punch. It also makes a fabulous addition to bridal showers, brunches, birthdays…pretty much anything that calls for some bubbly. Whatever your occasion, customize coasters to add a detail you’ll love and can use over and over again!

Lemonade Prosecco Punch
yields 10-12

Ingredients
1 bottle prosecco, chilled
1/3 cup vodka (regular or citrus if you’re feeling the flavor)
4-6 cups lemonade, chilled
1 pint blackberries, frozen
Fresh mint

Directions
Combine your lemonade and vodka in a pitcher. Add the blackberries. Slightly bruise the mint to release its flavor and then add that as well. The longer this sits, the more your blackberries and mint will infuse the punch with their flavors. Just before serving, add the prosecco and stir slightly. Pour over ice and garnish with mint and a lemon wheel. Leftovers (you won’t have any) can be kept for up to two days.

Cheers!
