DIY Glitter Coasters by For Your Party

Supplies

• Wood rounds
Rustoleum Glitter Paint  Intense Shimmer Finish in the color(s) of your choice
Spray sealer (optional)

Step 1:

Gather supplies: Order/purchase your wood rounds. A variety of sizes of wood rounds are available on Amazon and at local craft stores. Purchase your Rustoleum Glitter Intense Shimmer Finish in the color or colors of your choice, and a sealer spray if you choose.

Step 2:

Prepare your space. Cover the area you will be working with a drop cloth or newspaper to protect your surfaces. Choose a well-ventilated area, but one protected from strong winds to keep the spray paint landing where you want it to.

Step 3:

Spray 2-3 light, even coats of paint on the top of your wood pieces. Let dry for 24 hours.

Step 4:

Consider adding a light coat with a spray sealer to prevent chipping and prolong the life of your project.

Voilà! It's as simple as that. Now you have a fabulous glitter wood centerpiece and coasters! Your winter festivities and beyond (glitter fits in every season, right) will have that extra sparkle you were looking for, and you did it yourself! Cue the applause!
