Simply put, blood oranges are photogenic. Not to mention the always fabulous combination of elderflower and gin. Paired with an adorable foil stamped napkin, this cocktail is sure to delight!
Blood Orange & Elderflower Sparkler
Directions
4 oz champagne or sparkling wine
2 oz gin
1/4 oz elderflower liqueur
2 oz fresh blood orange juice
A splash of simple syrup
Few dashes angostura bitters
Blood orange slice, garnish
Ingredients
Combine the gin, elderflower, juice, simple syrup and bitters over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled and then strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne or sparkling wine and stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice, serve and enjoy!
