Most standard personalized items will be shipped within 5 to 10 business
days of receipt Monday - Friday. If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to
advise. Please note however that during our busy seasons, orders can take slightly longer. We make every effort to
get your order out the door as quickly as possible but will always ship in time to meet your NEED BY DATE on the
order. Expedited shipping is also available.
Yes we ship from Chicago, Illinois, USA to all US territories, Canada, Europe, Australia and many
other countries, (please email us if your country is not listed). We generally ship all international orders by US
Postal Service or for larger orders via UPS and we charge only the actual shipping cost as calculated by the
Postal Service or UPS, plus a small handling fee.
Yes, we are able to reproduce custom artwork on our products. For our Foil Stamped products, we accept
black & white vector based artwork saved as an EPS, AI, PDF or high resolution JPEG. GIF files are generally
not acceptable. A one time custom artwork to plate charge of $50.00 plus $10.00 per
item beyond the first two will apply. This charge includes one round of proofs. If more proofs are requested, an
additional $12.00 per proof charge will apply.
For our Full Color/Photo napkins and coasters,
300 dpi JPEG and vector art are preferable as lower quality can result in less perfect reproduction. A mandatory
$12.00 proof charge will be added to your full color napkins and coasters.
To upload your own art, select
your product and use the DESIGN YOUR OWN then make your color/text selections and click on the tab for GRAPHICS
then click UPLOAD YOUR DESIGN and select your file.
We provide samples for a rebateable fee of $6.00 (for up to 5 items - napkins, papers,
foil samples, etc) plus a $3.00 shipping & handling charge, ($4.00 international).
After you process your sample request, you will automatically receive a discount of $6.00 when you
