Cocktail time! We’re loving on the season with some delish fall and winter spirits. Raise a glass to the weekend with this Maple Whiskey Sour.
2 oz Whiskey and Maple Syrup Liqueur
2 oz apple cider (not spiced)
½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
Apple slices for garnish
Fill a martini shaker with ice then add your whiskey, apple cider and lemon juice. Shake until combined and well chilled. Pour over ice into a low ball glass, garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slices. Serve and enjoy! If you do not have a maple whiskey liqueur, use 2 oz of whiskey and 1 oz of pure maple syrup. The flavor will be a stronger whiskey flavor, but you can add more maple syrup if you’d prefer a sweeter drink.
