Andi April 2006Just wanted to say thanks for all of your prompt customer service and willingness to go out of the way for the customer. I ordered some clearance dinner napkins in a particular color. A month or so later, I decided we needed more, so I ordered some luncheon napkins in the same color(they were out of the dinner sized napkins in that color) but when the napkins arrived they were not the same color as the dinner napkins I had previously ordered--the manufacturer had changed the colors/dyelots but called them the same color. When I contacted For Your Party to discuss this issue, I received a phone call back that same day--even though it was Good Friday and most businesses were closing early. The individual I spoke with was extremely helpful, even though we were dealing with sale/clearance napkins and took great efforts to find additional napkins in that same color in the quantities I needed and shipped them promptly to me. I couldn\'t have asked for better service, and I would definately recommend For Your Party. Great customer service is hard to come by, especially when you are dealing with orders on a website, but For Your Party definately went out of their way to help a customer, even when it was dealing with sale/clearance napkins.

I was looking for some specific colors and materials as well as shapes and sizes. I believe I spent time on at least 12 sites in an effort to select the best products and price. Frankly service was an afterthought. Your site and it's features are outstanding. Specifically the sample window, the number of fonts to chose from, the paper selections were all factors. It was then really valuable to see a protoype of my product. My exceptional experience did not end there. Customer service was not expected, particularly in an on-line environment! Not only have you taken great care of me but it also sounds like ther is a real person behind the scenes, thinking of me and my order.
